Cancellation policy
Cancellation & Refunds
Full refund if you cancel more than four weeks before the retreat — no questions asked. After that, your deposit is non-refundable, but your spot can always be transferred to someone else if you can no longer make it.
Payment Options
You can pay the full amount upfront, or split it into two equal instalments — 50% to secure your spot, and the remaining 50% due by 28 August 2026. Payment details are sent once we confirm your booking request.
Important
If the second instalment is not received by 28 August 2026, the first payment is non-refundable, and your spot may be released.
